A: We are factory,located in Shenyang Province, China, welcome to come to visit us at any time. We will pick you up.

Q: Can I get free samples from you for machine trying?

A: Yes,free sample is available, you just need pay the express fee.you can provide us the A/C of DHL, Fedex, TNT,UPS,Each one is ok. Or you can call your courier to pick up from our office.

Q: What is our lead time?

A: Within 15-20 days after order deposiy.

Q: What's our payment terms?

A: We accept T/T and Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the package?

A: Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney shall be provided for the logo.
